Alternating Meetings and Software Giveaway

Here is post to recap the email, just in case.
Plus, I have to post something, and by something I mean something meaningful and not just snippets of code about cookies or whatever.  Don’t get me wrong though, cookies are good.  Those Bon Appetit deep dish cookies at the convenience store are quite a treat.

As in the post below, next meeting is Wednesday, October 14th at noon in VEC 419.

Next, because some people are unable to attend the Wednesday meetings, we have decided to alternate between Wednesday and Thursday each week.  This means that next week’s meeting will be on Thursday, October 22nd at 4:00 pm in VEC 110.  Hopefully this allows those who cannot make it on Wednesday another chance to attend.

Now, why would you want to attend?  This week we are giving you a third chance to win a free copy of Gears of War 2 yay!!  You must be at the meeting when the raffle is drawn to claim the game.

Alex is in the ACM office (Engineering 3, rm. 110) giving out copies of Microsoft Visio, Visual Studios, and other stunningly amazingly awesome Microsoft software.  That’s right, it’s not just awesome, not just amazing, but stunningly amazingly awesome.  Here are the hours you can find Alex:

Monday:12pm-2pm; 4pm-5pm
Tuesday: 9:30am – 10:30am
Wednesday: 1pm-2pm; 4pm-5pm
Thursday: 9:30am-10:30am
Friday: 10AM 4 PM in ECS 403

Lastly, if you are interested in running gaming events for ACM, we are holding nominations and elections for the position of Gaming Event Coordinator at the coming meeting.  It’s going to be AWESOME.

Alright then, I feel content now that I have posted a bunch of repeated information.
